Guest Post Guidelines for GoOnlineTools

Want to write for us? Great! Here’s what we’re looking for and how you can get published.

What We Accept

We’re looking for helpful articles about online tools, tutorials, comparisons, and practical how-to guides. Before you start writing, browse our blog to make sure someone hasn’t already covered your topic.

Writing Style

Write like you’re talking to a friend, not a textbook. Keep it simple, clear, and easy to understand, no corporate speak. Your goal is to help real people solve real problems, not to impress search engines

What Your Article Needs

Your article should be at least 800 words and cover the topic thoroughly. Break up your writing with headings, bullet points, and short paragraphs so people can easily scan and find what they need. Include a few copyright-free images or screenshots to make your article more helpful.

Links and Natural Context

Don’t put any links in your first three paragraphs; focus on delivering value and context first. After that, you can include natural, relevant links that genuinely help readers understand the topic better.

Search and Link to Related Content: Before submitting your article, search through the GoOnlineTools blog to find related posts that naturally connect to your topic. Add internal links to these relevant articles where they make sense in your content

Quality Standards

We only accept original content written by real people, no plagiarism, no copying from other sites, and absolutely no AI-generated articles. If we find out your article was copied or published somewhere else first, we’ll remove it immediately.

Check your spelling and grammar before submitting. Make sure everything you write is accurate and backed up with facts when needed.

After You Submit

Once your article is published on GoOnlineTools, don’t post it anywhere else unless you use a canonical link pointing back to us. If you repost it elsewhere without doing this, we’ll take your article down.

Editorial Fee

There’s a processing fee to cover editorial review, formatting, hosting, and managing the volume of submissions we receive. This helps us maintain quality standards and keep the site running.

Remember

Write for humans, not robots. Be helpful, be clear, and be yourself. If you follow these guidelines, we’ll review your article and get it published as soon as we can.

Your approved guest post will be published at goonlinetools.com/blog
